Competitive Pay: $28.00 - $30.00/hour (based on experience) Quarterly Maintenance Bonus: Up to $4,000/year Annual Fair Performance Review with Raise Opportunities On-Call Stipend: Earn even when you're not called out 401k with Company Match to support your long-term financial goals Tuition Reimbursement Program Tool Reimbursement Program – Up to $500/year Work Boot Reimbursement – Up to $100/year Medical Insurance: Less than $50/month for an individual Dental and Vision Insurance Life and Disability Insurance Generous Paid Time Off: 80 hours in your first year 120 hours after 2-4 years 160 hours after 5+ years Sabbatical after 5 years- 3-week paid vacation or bonus equal to 2 weeks' pay Paid Holidays Employee Rent Discount: 20% off at any Monarch community, terms and conditions apply Location: 8456 San Rafael Place St. Louis, MO 63114 View phone number on click.appcast.io Your Role as Maintenance Supervisor: Prioritize and complete service requests and work orders efficiently Oversee unit Make Ready/Turn processes for new move-ins Coordinate with the Property Manager on budget and planning Lead and implement a preventative maintenance program Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 4 weeks) Perform interior/exterior painting and staining as needed What You Bring to the Team: 2+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred) HVAC experience required (AC, electric, forced air systems) Strong leadership skills and experience supervising a maintenance team Preferred Certifications: EPA Certification CPO Certification Hands-On Skills in: Drywall, painting, and carpentry Electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures) Appliance repair (stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc.) Water heater repair (gas and electric) A physical demonstration of your ability to complete job duties will be required during the interview process.
