Debt Finance Attorney: 1st-3rd year

Responsibilities & Qualifications 1 to 5 years of experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors in debt financing transactions Working knowledge of secured lending transactions Experience in closing transactions Familiarity with drafting documents and issues lists in connection with debt financing transactions Knowledge of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, acquisition financing (including commitment letters), debt securities offerings (including high-yield and/or convertible notes), and general corporate law JD or equivalent law degree High academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school Training and development experience at a large law firm Showed the ability to work on multiple diverse projects simultaneously Produced work that reflects strong attention to detail EEO. Salary The expected annual pay range for this position is $225,000–$365,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
