Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your key duties will include:

  • Conducting individual therapy sessions that uphold client confidentiality and privacy policies.

  • Monitoring client progress through regular assessments and adapting treatment plans to ensure alignment with their evolving therapeutic goals.
  • \n
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and effectively refer clients to other specialists when necessary.

  • Utilizing telehealth tools and electronic health record systems to document sessions accurately and manage client information securely.
  • \n
  • Engaging actively in team meetings to discuss client care strategies and share insights that can help enhance patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will particularly focus on women aged 35-55, addressing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship issues, and stress management. You will develop individual treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique challenges and therapy goals, employing evidence-based approaches to ensure effective support.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
  • \n
  • An active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Oregon is mandatory.
  • \n
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience is expected, demonstrating your ability to effectively assess and treat mental health issues.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience in providing remote therapy, utilizing telehealth platforms or similar technologies.
  • \n
  • A familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.

  • A strong understanding of ethical and legal considerations in a counseling context.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while being an integral part of a collaborative team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
