About Our Client
Our client is a well-established and respected general contractor with a strong presence across Florida. Known for delivering high-quality commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use developments, they have built a reputation for excellence, innovation, and strong client relationships. Due to continued growth and a robust project pipeline, they are looking to add a talented Project Manager to their team in Tampa.
Job Description
- Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments to plans as necessary to meet goals.
- Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
- Experience managing projects valued at $10M+.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar project management software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
