Life-changing outcomes.CommQuest is currently seeking a Full Time Recovery Support Specialist Supervisor at our Recovery Campus in Massillon, OH. The Recovery Support Specialist Supervisor (RSS Supervisor) provides day-to-day leadership, training, and support to Recovery Support Specialists while helping ensure a safe, structured, and recovery-oriented environment for clients. Send us your story, resume and qualifications to View email address on us.fitly.work. What you gain:Relationships with an exceptional team committed to our clients' recoveryRewarding experience in the behavioral and substance abuse fieldOpportunities to train the next generation of therapistsPeace of mind knowing you are benefiting the clients we serve and the community at large What you'll do:Lead Recovery Support Staff Training and Development Coordinate Daily RSS Operations and Staff Support Support Client Recovery and Residential Programming Provide Client Behavioral and Crisis Support Coordinate Safety, Accountability, and Medication Procedures Maintain Documentation and Support Quality Standards Promote Collaboration, Communication, and Compliance All other duties as assigned. Schedule: Days/Evenings, including one weekend day per week (Saturday or Sunday) w/ Flex. Schedule to be determined with leadership. Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or Equivalent required; some college education preferred.Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience working with clients in the chemical dependency/addiction services field required. Must possess an active CDCA credential or obtain and maintain a CDCA credential within 12 months of hire.Maintains current CPR/First Aid certification; Successfully complete Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training and certification within 90 days of hire. Must obtain and maintain any required level of licensure or credentialing based on assigned duties, training, and applicable regulatory requirements. Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and driving record that meets agency insurance requirements.
