Role Description This is a contract, hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in the Charlotte Metro area, with a mix of in-person client work and some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will prospect and cultivate new leads, manage a pipeline of buyers and sellers, and provide expert guidance through the purchase, sale, or lease of residential properties in Nestlewood’s core neighborhoods. Daily responsibilities include conducting property showings, hosting open houses, preparing and presenting comparative market analyses, and advising clients on pricing, offers, and negotiations. The agent will draft, review, and coordinate real estate contracts and disclosures, liaise with attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and other partners, and ensure all transactions comply with state and local regulations. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, preparing marketing materials and listings, and representing the Nestlewood brand professionally at all times. Qualifications Active state Real Estate License and solid understanding of residential Real Property principles, regulations, and local Charlotte market dynamics. Proven experience in Real Estate and Sales, including managing listings, guiding buyers and sellers, and closing transactions. Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and manage expectations for diverse clients. Proficiency with digital tools such as MLS platforms, CRM systems, and online listing and marketing channels. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and operate in a results‑oriented, commission‑based environment. Familiarity with Charlotte’s urban and historic neighborhoods is highly beneficial. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the Charlotte Metro area as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
