About the Role
Edgewood Manor is seeking a driven, relationship-focused and results driven Director of Admissions and Marketing to grow our census and expand our presence in the community. This is a high-impact role where you’ll build partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and healthcare organizations while helping patients access quality care.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners

• Generate patient referrals and meet census and payer mix goals

• Conduct on-site visits to referral sources to educate and promote services

• Coordinate admissions with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions of care

• Develop and manage a strategic target list of referral sources

• Identify market opportunities and implement strategies to grow admissions

• Ensure timely insurance verification, authorizations, and required documentation

• Track activity and submit reports to leadership

• Represent the facility in the community and maintain a positive brand presence

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or business development

• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance processes

• Proven ability to build relationships and drive results

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage a territory

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience with managed care and insurance payers
