Commercial Lender

The Agency is seeking a results-driven Commercial Lender on behalf of a leading financial institution. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial loans while building strong client relationships and driving business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial structuring, ensuring clients receive tailored lending solutions that align with their business goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial lending clients, providing customized financing solutions. Cultivate relationships with business owners, real estate developers, and key industry stakeholders to drive loan growth. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence to structure competitive loan packages. Collaborate with credit and underwriting teams to ensure sound lending practices and compliance with regulatory guidelines. Negotiate loan terms, structure deals, and present financing recommendations to decision-makers. Monitor existing loans, proactively identifying potential risks and opportunities for refinancing or restructuring. Stay current on market trends, industry regulations, and competitor activity to drive strategic decision-making. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of years of experience in commercial lending, business banking, or financial services. Strong knowledge of loan structuring, credit analysis, and financial statement evaluation. Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships while driving revenue growth. Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with banking regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices. Why Join?
