What You Will Do

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected hospital, supported with the full resources of a robust health system network.

• Join an established team of 45 + physicians
• Call structure: 10-15 Shifts/Month
• Practice setting: Inpatient
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
• Driven Nocturnist managing a caseload of 8+ admissions per night
• Provide comprehensive overnight clinical oversight for a 100-patient census
• APP and RN cross-cover support on evening shifts
• Productivity incentives: Mixed Model: 45% Salary/45% RVU/10% Quality
• CME allowance + dedicated CME days
• Malpractice coverage with tail

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
