Our Glendale, WI location is looking for a part-time Shoe Sales Associate to join the team (conveniently located across from Bayshore). If you enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and helping customers feel their best, this is a role where you'll make a meaningful difference every day.

A Shoe Sales Associate, delivers our signature sit-and-fit experience by measuring customers, recommending footwear and insoles, and helping each person find the right fit for their lifestyle. Whether you're assisting a busy parent, an athlete, or someone looking for relief from foot pain, every customer interaction is an opportunity to build trust and improve someone's day.

What the Role Looks LikeCustomer Experience & Fit

You'll provide personalized service that keeps customers coming back by:

• Welcome customers and create a friendly, comfortable shopping experience
• Measure feet and conduct our signature sit-and-fit consultation
• Recommend footwear and insoles based on comfort, support, and lifestyle needs
• Help customers understand the benefits of different brands and fit technologies
• Ensure every customer leaves feeling confident in their purchase

Product Knowledge & Sales

You'll become a trusted footwear expert by:

• Build knowledge of footwear brands, construction, and fit technologies
• Stay current on new products, seasonal styles, and best sellers
• Make thoughtful recommendations that solve customer needs rather than simply making a sale
• Help customers discover products that enhance comfort and long-term foot health

Store Operations & Teamwork

You'll also help create a store customers enjoy visiting by:

• Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked sales floor
• Support merchandising, inventory, and other daily store responsibilities

What We OfferPay & Schedule

• $12/hour base pay OR commission, whichever is greater for the pay period
  • Typical earnings of $15–$24+ per hour , depending on sales performance
• Part-time: approximately 12–28 hours per week
  • A flexible schedule with potential daytime, evening, and weekend shifts available

Our stores are open:

• Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM–5:00 PM

Team members may also be scheduled before opening or after closing as needed.
