Senior SharePoint Application Administrator

Job Description 's Document Management Systems Administration team is looking for an experienced SharePoint Application administrator to join our team. Digital Services has a hybrid SharePoint 2019 – SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) environment, along with a suite of associated software such as Nintex, Formstack, and the Power Platform. Responsibilities & Qualifications In-depth knowledge and experience with SharePoint technologies, including SharePoint Server 2013/2016/2019, SharePoint Online, and migration tools such as ShareGate and Metalogix. Proficiency in managing and configuring SharePoint infrastructure, including Windows servers, SharePoint farm, databases, and network components (load balancer, firewall, etc.). Understanding of SharePoint security principles and experience in implementing and maintaining security policies and procedures; knowledge of network firewall, certificate management, and M365 security features. Experience with the SharePoint development framework and the Power Platform. Ability to design and implement effective backup and recovery strategies for SharePoint environments, and to maintain high‑availability SharePoint systems for business‑critical services. Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving issues related to SharePoint performance, configurations, and integrations. Proficiency in PowerShell for SharePoint on‑premises and SharePoint Online; expertise in automating tasks and managing SharePoint environments using PowerShell and the PnP PowerShell module.
