Candidates must be flexible to work 12-hour shifts including days, nights, and/or weekends based on unit needs.
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in crisis and inpatient behavioral health to join a mission-driven team in Mesa, AZ.
This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are adaptable, clinically strong, and passionate about behavioral health , working with individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges in both inpatient and crisis stabilization settings.

- Pay Rate: $Hourly (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered nursing care in inpatient and crisis behavioral health settings
- Deliver detox services and support crisis stabilization
- Conduct risk assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
- Accurately document patient care and progress in the EMR
Requirements
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state (required)
- BLS certification (required)
- Experience in crisis and inpatient behavioral health (required)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with scheduling flexibility
- Strong communication, assessment, and de-escalation skills
- Open to experienced RNs and motivated new graduates with a passion for behavioral health
