About the Role:
Join The Drain Surgeon as a Plumbing Technician in Augusta, GA, where you’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch plumbing services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills while helping our customers maintain their homes and businesses.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine plumbing inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and system failures.
Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures and appliances according to industry standards.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their plumbing needs.
Adhere to safety regulations and company policies while on the job.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; plumbing certification is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing or related field.
Valid plumbing license in the state of Georgia.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina to perform plumbing tasks, including lifting and crawling.
