Nurses work alongside experienced providers and supportive colleagues to deliver timely, compassionate care across a wide range of emergency conditions, while growing their skills in a department that values teamwork, professionalism, and patient-centered outcomes.A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities.Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs.Evaluates patient and family learning needs and provides appropriate education based on age, culture, condition, and circumstances.Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.Schedule: PRN- Shifts VariedWe're looking for:Associate's degree in nursing required; bachelor's degree in nursing preferredBCLS requiredACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred; must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
