Registered Nurse - Obstetrics (L&D) - Night ShiftJoin a fast-paced and high-acuity Obstetric Unit requiring RNs with significant experience in Labor & Delivery. The unit performs over 300 births per month, with challenging double labor assignments being a regular occurrence. RN must be comfortable with high-risk cases and adept in all aspects of intrapartum and postpartum care.ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care to obstetrical patients, including high-risk antepartum and postpartum care.Perform sterile vaginal exams and immediate newborn care.Manage double labor assignments efficiently and apply critical thinking in high-pressure situations.Participate in scheduled and unscheduled Cesarean births and rescue cervical cerclage procedures.Utilize Pyxis and EPIC systems for documentation and medication management.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery; 3 years preferred.Experience with >300 births per month is mandatory.Certifications: BCLS, AWHONN Intermediate, NRP; C-EFM accepted in lieu of AWHONN.Must be open to floating within the women's unit as needed.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
