R Programmer

Design, develop, and maintain robust R-based data pipelines, analytical models, and reporting solutions Build and optimize statistical models, machine learning workflows, and predictive analytics using R Develop reusable R packages, functions, and libraries to improve team productivity Integrate R solutions with enterprise data platforms (SQL, cloud-based data warehouses, APIs) Write clean, well-documented, and production-grade R code following best practices Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on R development standards Data Analysis & Insights Translate complex business requirements into scalable analytical and statistical solutions Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and data wrangling using Tidyverse, data.table, and related packages Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using R Shiny, ggplot2, and Plotly Ensure data quality, integrity, and validation throughout the analysis lifecycle Stakeholder Management & Communication Serve as the primary technical point of contact for multiple internal and external stakeholders including business leaders, product teams, and data engineers Translate analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable business insights for both technical and non-technical audiences Present results and recommendations to senior leadership with confidence and clarity Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, BI teams, and business analysts to align on requirements and deliverables Manage expectations, prioritize competing demands, and communicate project status proactively #J-18808-Ljbffr Anblicks
