As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Cedar Hill Nursing and Rehab Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our patients, and we are seeking a talented and compassionate RN to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to a diverse population of residents, including assessments, medications, treatments, and education
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatment plans, and progress

Qualifications:
- Current license in Florida
- CPR
- Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an eligible status
