The Role As Used Car Sales Manager, you will take full responsibility for leading a controlled and compliant sales process through a team of a Business Manager, Sales Executives and support colleagues. With a strong focus on coaching, motivation and customer experience, you will lead from the front, maintaining hands‑on involvement in sales activity and customer interaction. You will be responsible for: Leading, developing and motivating a high‑performing used car sales team Driving sales of used vehicles, finance, GAP insurance and associated products Managing first and second facing activity to maximise performance and customer satisfaction Delivering sales campaigns and promotions to meet volume and profitability targets Ensuring all activity is conducted in line with FCA regulations and company standards Maintaining the highest levels of customer experience and ethical selling About You We’re looking for a proven Sales Manager within the motor industry who can demonstrate strong commercial results through people leadership.
