Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Run nationwide OTR dry van routes out of Centreville, VA, operating solo while focusing on safety, on-time delivery, and professional service. Drivers average around 2,500 miles per week, earn starting pay of 65¢ per mile, and receive bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.

Primary responsibilities:

• Safely operate and inspect modern tractors (under 3 years) equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers.
• Load securement, accurate trip documentation, electronic logging, and clear communication with dispatch.
• Maintain compliance with DOT, state, and company standards to ensure clean inspections.

Requirements:

• CDL-A license and a minimum of 12 months verifiable driving experience.
