Azure Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Azure Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams for cloud transformation and Azure-based technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and collaborate with architects, developers, and project managers to deliver scalable solutions on Microsoft Azure. The candidate should possess strong business analysis skills along with a solid understanding of Azure cloud services, data platforms, integrations, and enterprise application modernization projects. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions. Translate business needs into detailed user stories, BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with Azure Architects, Developers, Data Engineers, and DevOps teams. Analyze existing systems and recommend Azure-based solutions. Support cloud migration, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives. Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and data flow documentation. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT. Work closely with QA teams to define test scenarios and validate business requirements. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. Support change management, training, and stakeholder communication activities.
