Job Description
The Landscaper Foreman leads a small team of 1-3 workers in executing mixed residential and commercial landscaping projects. Reporting directly to the owner, the foreman manages project planning, landscape installation, and maintenance scheduling, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. This role requires frequent travel between job sites and the ability to operate trucks with trailers. There is also potential for ownership opportunities within the company.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate a small landscaping crew
- Plan and oversee landscape installation projects
- Operate landscaping equipment and trucks with trailers
- Communicate effectively with clients and the owner
- Maintain quality control and ensure safety compliance
- Manage materials and schedule maintenance tasks
- Travel frequently between residential and commercial sites
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in landscaping
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of landscape design and plant care
- Proficiency in equipment operation
- Strong team leadership and time management skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
