Customer Service & Enrollment Specialist

Senior Life Pharmacy – Thomasville, GA Join a team that’s making medication management easier for seniors across the country. Senior Life Pharmacy is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and detail-oriented Customer Service & Enrollment Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing patients, helping them enroll in our pharmacy services, answering questions, and providing exceptional customer support throughout the onboarding process. What You’ll Do Assist patients with enrolling in Senior Life Pharmacy services Explain our medication packaging, delivery, and pharmacy services Answer inbound calls from patients, caregivers, providers, and insurance partners Make outbound calls to assist with enrollment and prescription transfers Coordinate with physician offices to obtain prescriptions and necessary documentation Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and medication history Accurately document all interactions in our pharmacy management system Work closely with pharmacy technicians and pharmacists to ensure a seamless patient experience Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy Meet individual and team performance goals while maintaining excellent service standards Qualifications Previous customer service, healthcare, pharmacy, insurance, or call center experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude with a desire to help others Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pharmacy, medical office, or Medicare experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Paid training Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment The opportunity to positively impact the lives of seniors every day About Senior Life Pharmacy Senior Life Pharmacy is a closed-door pharmacy specializing in medication synchronization, adherence packaging, and home delivery for seniors.
