About the Role:

Join the Nothing Bundt Cakes team in Corpus Christi as a Back of House team member! In this role, you will be an essential part of our bakery, ensuring that our delicious cakes are prepared and decorated to perfection. If you have a passion for baking and want to be part of a fun, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake cakes according to our signature recipes and quality standards.

Decorate cakes and desserts with attention to detail and creativity.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.

Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow.

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Participate in training and development to enhance baking skills.

Support the front of house team during busy periods as needed.

Requirements:

Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality baked goods.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Food handler's certification is a plus.

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
