This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people protect what matters most. You will work directly with new and existing customers to manage accounts, identify coverage needs, and provide solutions that create long-term value and trust. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Review customer accounts and proactively recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims support Follow up on leads, quotes, and cross-selling opportunities Ensure accurate and timely processing of policy updates and documentation Work collaboratively with team members to meet agency goals and deliver a seamless customer experience Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and initiative Previous customer service or sales experience preferred Insurance experience and licensing is a plus (must be able to obtain MN Property, Casualty and Life License) What We Offer Earn a competitive base salary (range shown in the posting) plus commissions and bonuses — with unlimited earning potential based entirely on your sales performance) PTO Simple IRA Plan Paid training and licensing support A positive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement within the agency The ability to make a meaningful impact in your community #J-18808-Ljbffr Sallywolff
