Manufacturing Supervisor I - Pouch (7:00pm - 7:00am)

Manufacturing Supervisor I position at Baxter overseeing pouch production operations on night shift (7:00pm–7:00am). Lead daily manufacturing activities, ensure compliance with GMP and FDA requirements, supervise team safety and quality, and optimize production efficiency while maintaining equipment and processes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily manufacturing operations; maintain, audit, and improve equipment and processes
- Establish safe, equitable work environment and enforce quality and safety commitments
- Ensure GMP compliance, FDA requirements, SOPs, and product documentation adherence
- Conduct employee training in GMP, job skills, and safety; manage disciplinary and recognition actions
- Maintain clean and organized work area using 6S principles; track and report efficiency metrics
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with computer systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Competency in technical writing and report preparation
