In this role, you will oversee daily clinical and administrative operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. You will manage staffing, scheduling, and resources; coach and develop nurses; and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize workflows. The manager drives quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while fostering an inclusive, compassionate culture.
