Showroom Customer Service Representative Full Time Farmers Branch, TX, US Salary Range: $18.00 To $22.00 Hourly Korner Interior Solutions LLC is excited to announce that we are expanding our team. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a professional, organized, and hospitality-minded Showroom Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position plays an important role in creating an exceptional experience for every client, designer, dealer, builder, and guest who visits our showroom. The ideal candidate is warm and polished, highly organized, comfortable interacting with clients, and takes pride in maintaining a welcoming, high-end environment. This role combines customer service, showroom hospitality, administrative support, and event assistance . The right person should be comfortable shifting between welcoming a client, preparing a coffee or refreshment, assisting with samples, answering customer questions, and helping the team prepare for an event or showroom appointment. Barista, coffee preparation, hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or luxury retail experience is a plus. Responsibilities Greet showroom visitors, clients, designers, dealers, and other guests in a warm and professional manner. Help create a polished, welcoming customer experience from arrival through departure. Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, water, refreshments, and light snacks for showroom guests and meetings. Maintain the showroom coffee and hospitality areas, including stocking beverages, supplies, glassware, snacks, and serving items. Ensure client-facing areas remain clean, organized, stocked, and presentation-ready throughout the day. Assist with showroom opening and closing routines and daily showroom resets. Support scheduled customer appointments, meetings, presentations, and showroom tours. Assist with showroom events, including setup, hospitality, food and beverage preparation, guest assistance, cleanup, and resetting the showroom afterward. Answer incoming calls and assist with general customer inquiries or route customers to the appropriate team member. Provide customers and dealers with basic order updates, lead times, tracking information, and delivery details as needed. Assist with product questions, literature, finish samples, color chips, door samples, and other customer requests. Prepare, package, document, and coordinate shipment of sample orders accurately and on schedule. Communicate professionally with customers regarding updates, delays, next steps, or additional information needed. Coordinate with Sales, Design, Operations, Warehouse, and other internal teams to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly. Maintain accurate customer notes, follow-up activities, appointments, and communications within company systems. Assist with post-delivery customer questions and route service, damage, missing-part, or replacement requests to the appropriate team. Maintain organized digital records, customer documentation, and showroom materials. Assist with miscellaneous administrative and showroom tasks as needed to keep daily operations running smoothly. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Comfortable preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and light refreshments. Able to remain calm and professional when handling multiple requests or changing priorities. Proactive — someone who notices what needs to be done without always waiting to be asked. Comfortable working collaboratively with Sales, Design, Operations, and Marketing teams. Willing to assist with showroom events and occasional event preparation. Experience in hospitality, barista/coffee service, luxury retail, interior design showrooms, customer service, or a similar client-facing environment is a plus.
