Must have RN license on hand. No local candidates. No long-term care experience. No new grads. This is a state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to helping individuals regain their independence and return to their lives following an injury or illness. The rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. Customized, individualized rehabilitation is tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from conditions such as stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. The focus is to maximize health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. The unit has 42 beds with a patient ratio of 5:1 for RN/LPN and 7:1 for CNA. Equipment includes Epic and Pyxis. The patient population consists primarily of adults, with some geriatric and rehabilitation patients. Experience in inpatient rehabilitation and medical-surgical settings is required. The hiring profile emphasizes the need for IRF and med-surg experience.
