Customer Service Representative
Location: Waycross, GA
Company: Labor Finders
Labor Finders is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative in Waycross, GA. This role is essential in providing excellent service in person and over the phone, while maintaining accurate account records.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers by providing needed information and answering questions
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers in the office
- Maintain customer accounts, ensuring payments are up to date and insurance coverage is active
- Accept payments and provide receipts as needed
- Accurately record payments and account notes
- Previous customer service experience required
- Basic computer skills required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Every other Saturday required
