Up & Gone LLC is a growing moving and junk removal company serving the DMV area. We pride ourselves on providing reliable, professional service while treating every customer’s belongings with care. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking team members who enjoy physical work and excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, pack, and transport customer belongings.
- Drive company or rental moving trucks to and from job sites (drivers only).
- Wrap and protect furniture and other items to prevent damage.
- Assemble and disassemble furniture when needed.
- Complete residential and commercial moves, junk removal, and deliveries.
- Lift and carry items weighing 50-100+ lbs with a team.
- Maintain a clean, organized truck and equipment.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at every job.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for drivers).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Able to lift 50-100+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Reliable transportation to meet at the job site or designated location.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and punctuality.
- Previous moving experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to pass a background check is a plus.
