Purpose

Create a warm, personalized environment ensuring each guest feels valued and connected with the right professional for a WOW experience.

What You'll Do

Warmly welcome, engage, and pamper guests
Connect guests with the right Design or Sales professional
Support the presentation and sale of design packages
Manage consistent sensory engagement
Administrative responsibilities to include tagging, office responsibilities, inventory preparations, and more

What You'll Bring

Valid Driver's License
18 years of age or older
Ability to work rotating days, evenings, and weekends - about 30 hours/week
Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
Strong communication & relationship-building skills
Positive attitude and professional presence
Ability to multi-task & adapt to changing priorities
Collaborative, team-oriented approach to work
