Patient Billing & Collections Specialist

Hemet Global Medical Center is seeking a Financial Specialist to assess self-pay patients for ability to pay and pursue options before discharge. You will counsel patients on hospital financial matters, collect identified liabilities, and help arrange payments. This role requires strong customer service and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced hospital office environment.
