Title: Pediatrician (Inpatient & Outpatient)

Summary

We are seeking two versatile Pediatricians to join our thriving practice, handling both hospitalist and clinic duties. This full-scope role allows you to manage a Level I nursery, support emergency services, and run a bustling outpatient clinic. Open to both experienced physicians and new graduates , this position offers an exceptional schedule with high earning potential.

Day to Day

• Hospital Rounds: Start your day at 7:00 AM rounding in the Level I nursery (census of 3–5 newborns, ~800 deliveries annually).
• Clinic Care: Transition to the outpatient clinic after 10:00 AM, seeing an average of 25 patients daily for well-child checks, immunizations, and sick visits.
• Acute Care & ER: Cover the local Emergency Room and attend emergency C-sections as requested by OB.
• On-Call: Manage a 24-hour call rotation for 7 to 10 days per month. (True emergency returns to the hospital are rare, occurring only 2–3 times a year).

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Open to new graduates.
• Comfortable managing both inpatient (hospital) and outpatient (clinic) responsibilities.

• Flexible Contracts: Choice of W2 or 1099 structures.
• W2: $280,000 – $300,000
• 1099: $330,000 – $350,000 (depending on hours worked)

Shift

• Schedule: 20 days of clinic and 7 to 10 days of call per month (roughly every third week).
• Daily Flow: 7:00 AM nursery rounds; clinic hours begin after 10:00 AM.
• Flexibility: Standard rotation allows for excellent time off, but schedules can be adjusted if you prefer to work more.
