Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a night shift position requiring an active IL license and at least 2 years of recent ICU experience.
Details
- 14-bed ICU unit treating adult patients ages 16 and up
- Patient population includes sepsis, shock, DKA, AKI, vascular conditions, and strokes
- Cares for patients on ventilators and with tracheostomies
- Utilizes Impella devices, IABP, and CRRT (Prismax)
- Night shift schedule, 10-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week
- May float to PCU or Med/Surg units within scope
Requirements
- Active IL RN license required
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
- CCRN certification preferred
- 2 years of recent ICU experience required
- Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred
- 2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years) required
Additional Information
- Accepts local candidates
- Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility with no exceptions
- RTO must be submitted with candidate profile
