Growing together.As the Dermatologist you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients requiring specialized care. You'll work as part of a team-based model where primary and specialty care providers provide high-quality, evidence-based medicine to a diverse and growing population.Primary Responsibilities:Performs physical assessments on patients with specialized conditionsDevelop and implement a plan of care for these patients, as well as prescribe medications, exercises and/or other treatmentsCollaborates with the clinical and administrative teams in the management of patient care. Maintaining continuity of care through the exchange of information with outside health and social agenciesServes as a liaison between primary care providers and specialists such as general surgeons. Consults with primary care providers on issues related to patient careTeaches and counsels individuals and groups with regard to specific health care needs. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
