Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Sherwin-Williams seeks a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist for our Retail Customer Service & Support team. In this role, you will engage customers in-store and by phone, provide expert product guidance on paints and coatings, process sales and returns, and resolve service issues in both English and Spanish. Partner with sales associates to support store operations, merchandising, tinting, and inventory checks.
