We are currently seeking an Associate Retail Buyer to help drive product strategy, inventory planning, vendor partnerships, and the overall customer experience across our retail operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, pricing, promotions, and assortment planning for Justice Cannabis Co. and third-party products. You will work closely with vendors and internal teams to support business goals while helping ensure our dispensaries are stocked with the right products at the right time.

What we're looking for:
• 4+ years of experience in purchasing, merchandising, inventory management, supply chain, or related fields
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Experience with forecasting, assortment planning, and inventory strategy
• Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management abilities
• Excellent organization, communication, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
• Flexibility to travel to dispensaries or vendor locations as needed

This is a full-time, in-office position (5 days per week).
