**Job Summary:**
As a Line Cook/Food Prep Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, assembling dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized cooking area. You will work closely with the culinary team to ensure that each dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations.
- Ensure all food prep areas are clean and organized.
- Chop, slice, and prep vegetables, proteins, and other ingredients as required.
- Monitor food inventory and supplies; report shortages to kitchen manager.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
- Ensure consistency and quality of all dishes served to guests.
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a line cook or in food preparation is preferred.
- Strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and recipes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- A passion for food and culinary excellence.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
