Preparar los formularios estándar del Consejo Judicial, alegaciones, declaraciones, escritos y carpetas de juicio, carpetas de pruebas, informes, correspondencia y hojas de cálculo. Mantener el contacto con las partes contrarias, abogados y clientes. Preparar y responder a la fase de descubrimiento, que incluye la demanda de presentación de documentos, interrogatorios, solicitudes de admisión y citaciones. Mantener un calendario para registrar los plazos conforme al Código de Procedimiento Civil, los Códigos de Derecho de Familia y las Normas del Tribunal. Programar citas con clientes, supervisar los calendarios y mantener informados a abogados y clientes de las fechas de juicio programadas. Ayudar a los abogados con la preparación de audiencias y juicios. Realizar diversas tareas relacionadas con el puesto, incluyendo la posible captación de nuevos clientes, contestar llamadas y cobrar según sea necesario. Formación / Experiencia Se requiere un certificado en Estudios Asistentes Jurídicos. Se prefiere un mínimo de 10 años de experiencia como asistente legal, 7 años de experiencia en derecho de familia. Conocimiento profundo de los principios y prácticas legales. Debe poseer habilidades de pensamiento crítico, planificación y organización. Buenas habilidades de comunicación y redacción. Atención al detalle y precisión. Capacidad para mantener un alto nivel de confidencialidad. Se prefiere tener conocimientos de Word Perfect, Microsoft Office, Essential Forms, Google Calendar y conocimientos de TimeSolv. Capacidad para gestionar múltiples casos y tareas de manera eficaz y eficiente. Beneficios adicionales 10 festivos legales pagados al año 3% de aportación 401(k) tras un año.
