BizTek People is in search for an experienced Program Manager in Equities & Business Transformation for our client in NYC!

Pay Rate: $90-95/hr + comprehensive benefits
Contract Duration: Through April 30, 2027
Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives and business transformation projects within an Equities division. This role involves managing cross-functional programs, improving operational efficiency, and supporting automation initiatives across Sales & Trading.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic Equities programs, including new product approvals, trading system migrations, and business transformation initiatives.
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams.
- Develop business requirements (BRDs) and coordinate technology solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through AI, RPA, and data analytics.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5–10 years of experience in program management, business transformation, or COO functions.
- Strong background in financial services, particularly Equities and Sales & Trading.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution.
- Experience developing BRDs, project plans, RACI matrices, budgets, and status reports.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with automation, process improvement, or digital transformation. xhyhwjd
- Knowledge of AI, RPA, SQL, or Python is a plus.
