Director of Pharmacy

Director of Pharmacy - Kentucky - Permanent and full-time hire Qualifications Prior Director experience. 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience over a large healthcare system. Candidate needs to have experience with pharmacy residency programs. Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy (required), Master’s degree in healthcare or business administration (preferred). Post‑Graduate Year 1 (PGY‑1) Pharmacy Residency or three (3) years of relevant work experience (required). 8‑10 years of progressive inpatient leadership experience (required). Licensed or license eligible as a pharmacist in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Current board certification by Board of Pharmacy Specialties or must obtain within two (2) years from date of hire (required). Current certification in Basic Life Support or must obtain within 90 days from date of hire (required). Bonus potential, relocation assistance and temporary housing.
