From interactive soft play to arts and crafts, we provide a safe and stimulating environment where children can grow, explore, and make lasting memories.

As a Party Host / Cashier / Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating a magical experience for every child and family who visits Cheeky Monkeys. Your responsibilities will include: - Hosting Celebrations: Lead and manage birthday parties and special events, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience. - Customer Service: Greet families with a warm smile, assist with check-ins, and answer any questions about our activities and services. - Cashier Duties: Handle transactions at the front desk and café with accuracy and efficiency. - Play Area Supervision: Oversee the play areas to ensure children are safe and having fun, while maintaining a clean and organized environment. - Activity Assistance: Help facilitate daily activities such as puppet shows, story time, and arts and crafts, encouraging creativity and engagement. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere.

To thrive in this role, you should bring: - Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service, childcare, or a similar role. - A Love for Kids: A genuine passion for working with children and creating joyful experiences. - Strong Communication Skills: The ability to interact with children, parents, and team members in a friendly and professional manner. - Energetic Personality: A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Attention to Detail: The ability to stay organized and ensure every event runs smoothly.
