Responsibilities Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald's standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift. Help departments meet their goals and targets during shifts. As a Shift Manager, You May Be Responsible For Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications and Experience Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
