Be an Expert – Prepares food according to item specifications, plans future and mass productions, prepares for seasonality, adheres to food‑safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, inventory management, operates and sanitizes equipment, and demonstrates product and layout execution. Be a Techie – Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement, utilizes handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, ordering, club‑pickup orders, training, and product quality, and encourages the use of new tools. Be an Owner – Drives area performance, stocks and rotates merchandise, ensures quality and date‑control standards, eliminates waste, provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs, assists with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolves member issues. Be a Talent Ambassador – Acts as a brand advocate, develops, influences and inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive and team‑oriented style, understands roadblocks and assists training. Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying them in business processes. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers and partners; identifies priorities, deadlines and expectations; communicates progress; recommends improvement opportunities; adapts to change and learns from feedback. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.
