Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated, dynamic, high-energy, detail-oriented BCBAs to work in our multi-disciplinary, parent-centered, community-based autism program within the Greenville, SC area. You will work with children on the autism spectrum providing services in the natural environment or in our 5000 square foot center that has outdoor play space. It is our intention to create a truly individualized program for a child by providing an ABA-centered, educationally viable curriculum with the hallmarks of flexibility and the navigation of life-skills. Such a program will be designed to provide less anxiety and distraction for the child as well as comfort for the parent in knowing their child is receiving a quality experience. Duties: Administer, conduct, evaluate and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures (e.G., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and functional assessment measures; Develops individualized goals and objectives for home-, community-, and center-based programs and designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data; Teaches and supervises RBTs, Program Coordinators, other BCBAs, and BCaBAs on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans, materials development, data collection systems and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems; Maintains a billable caseload and documents billable hours according to particular funding source policy and state and federal regulation; Actively participates in ongoing program oversight and development; Actively participates in outreach efforts to the community Benefits: Full time employment paying $85, 000.00 to $100, 000.00 per year based on applicable experience and qualifications; Office and all job-related materials and supplies are provided including a laptop computer; Supportive administrative and scheduling staff manage referrals, authorizations, and insurance claims; Multidisciplinary environment where professionals can easily collaborate; Professional office management software provided with analytics/metrics that let you efficiently manage your caseload; Paid professional development activities; Mileage reimbursement of $0.45 per mile according to IRS guidelines; 401(k) plan with employer contribution; Employee Assistance Program; Up to twenty (20) days paid time off (PTO) per year*; Subsidized health insurance with optional dental and vision benefit*; Paid short- and long-term disability benefit*; Paid life / ADD insurance policy* AFLAC insurance supplements availability* Qualifications: Must possess a minimum of graduate-level certification in behavior analysis; Must be board certified in behavior analysis; Must be authorized to work in the United States; New grads are welcome!
