You'll assist with the recruitment and coordination of outside volunteers, independent contractors and community resources and provide leadership for the department in the absence of the Lifestyle Director. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in the field of recreation or appropriate experience in assessing, designing and implementing social, educational, recreational and leisure activities for an active senior population is preferred. Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills along with proficiency in MS Office. High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Associate Degree is preferred.
