Client Services Coordinator

We are a professional accounting firm seeking a dependable, organized, and personable Client Services Coordinator to join our team.

This is an important client-facing position for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in providing excellent service, and can be counted on to be professional, punctual, and reliable . You will serve as a first point of contact for our clients while also providing administrative support to our accounting and tax teams.

Position Details

• Salary Range: $43,680 – $52,000 per year / $21 – $25 per hour commensurate with experience.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM - EXCEPT TAX SEASON*
• Location: New Britain, Connecticut — In-office position, no remote work.
• Benefits: Health insurance, Dental insurance, Retirement plan/ 401K, Paid time off, Paid holidays, and half days on Fridays during summer hours. 
• Additional Schedule Information: You are required to work every Saturday during tax season hours which are January through April 15th.  
• Greet clients and provide friendly, professional service
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Organize, scan, and distribute tax and client documents
• Process client credit-card payments
• Perform routine tasks using QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
• Provide administrative support to accounting and tax professionals
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming office
