Respiratory Therapist

The Licensed Respiratory Therapist administers respiratory therapy and life support to patients with deficiencies and abnormalities of cardiopulmonary system. Performs diagnostic tests of cardiovascular and pulmonary system to aid physicians in diagnosis and treatment of heart and lung disorders. Routinely performs basic modalities of respiratory therapy for patients requiring non-critical care. Initiates and performs specialized and advanced respiratory therapy services to critically ill patients under clinical guidance.
