New Home Sales Associate The role involves engaging prospective homebuyers, creating community marketing campaigns, and promoting Eastwood Homes built living experiences. Responsibilities Create and initiate community marketing campaigns to attract new customers, foster referral business, and maintain relationships with local real estate agents. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of customers’ needs and how those needs align with Eastwood Homes’ product design. Showcase model home, floor plan designs, home features, and site availability to potential residents. Understand architectural plans, blueprints, and site plans. Facilitate contract documents pertaining to the purchase of a new home. Work alongside the community builder and onsite New Home Specialist to deliver 100% customer satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication and customer‑service skills. Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug and background screening. Ability to work a minimum five‑day work week, including Saturday, Sunday, and early evening weekday hours. Must possess a clean, dependable vehicle that can accommodate at least two passengers for necessary job functions. Proper business attire and personal hygiene required to represent the company professionally.
