Program Management Specialist

Job Number: R0239730 The Opportunity As a program management specialist, you will be a trusted advisor to a Principal Program Manager and provide recommendations for better communication and program execution. You will support a project from concept to completion, ensuring projects stay on a productive path and meet quality standards. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs, work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting, help with tactical planning using tools like MS Project, and regularly interact with schedulers, SMEs, engineers, and other stakeholders. The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals within budget. Qualifications 3+ years of experience with customer service, front office, management, or event management. Experience with project management support for DoD acquisition programs or accompanying DoD agencies. Experience using Microsoft Office PowerPoint. Ability to build trust with clients and maintain strong working relationships with onsite staff and leadership. Ability to transform complicated, technical information into concise, understandable communications such as PowerPoint or whitepapers. Ability to edit and perform quality control of documents, including reports, presentations, and directives. Secret clearance. HS diploma or GED. Nice If You Have Experience in Communications or Data Link related programs to assist in stakeholder engagement. Experience with program integration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. TS/SCI clearance. Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret clearance is required. Compensation Salary range: $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The posted range represents the typical compensation for this position.
